Position Summary

The Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our Claims Coordination team. This is a fully remote position, and arenaflex will provide all the necessary equipment to perform your role successfully. The only requirement on your end is a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace where you can focus and thrive.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering claims information into our proprietary claims management systems, following up on missing or incomplete data, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports that help our team make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Claims Data Entry: Accurately input claims information into arenaflex's claims management systems, ensuring all data is captured correctly and completely. This is the core function of the role and requires exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Follow-Up on Missing Information: Proactively identify gaps or missing details in claims documentation and follow up with the appropriate internal teams or external parties to obtain the information needed to move the claim forward in the process.
  • Invoice Review and Verification: Carefully review invoices associated with claims to confirm that all information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards. Flag any discrepancies for further investigation.
  • Report Compilation: Generate, compile, and distribute reports from internal systems that summarize claims data. These reports are critical for management decision-making, auditing, and performance tracking.
  • Administrative and Staff Support: Provide general administrative support to the Claims Coordination team, including document organization, file maintenance, and other tasks as assigned by leadership.
  • Customer Service Interaction: Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, representing the arenaflex brand with integrity and excellence at all times.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive claims data in accordance with arenaflex's privacy policies and applicable regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for the Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of prior work experience in a customer service, administrative, data entry, or office support role.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software systems quickly. Strong typing skills are essential.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for employment with arenaflex in the United States, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older, or otherwise able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter into an employment contract.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of this background check.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. arenaflex hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include individuals with non-immigrant work authorization (such as F, J, H, or L visas), including students in practical training status. Exceptions may be considered based on a shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill set.
  • arenaflex will require proof of work authorization prior to employment.
