What You'll Do in This Role

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist working from home, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support using a structured call flow guide, communicating in the customer's preferred language (French or English).
  • Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products and services, including troubleshooting common device and software concerns.
  • Documenting, tracking, and retrieving customer information accurately within internal databases and CRM systems.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices. Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or comparable operating systems is strongly preferred.
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services that genuinely benefit the customer.
  • Delivering expert-level customer experiences with empathy, patience, and professionalism — yes, with a smile that comes through in every conversation.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Fluency in both French and English — spoken and written.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, or related fields welcome).
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace where you can focus and perform at your best.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and general tech-savviness.
  • The ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • A genuine desire to learn new technologies, systems, and tools.
  • A desktop or laptop computer suitable for performing PC and internet-based testing. (A work computer may be provided depending on the role and availability — details to be discussed with a recruiter.)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (cable, DSL, or fiber — wireless, hotspot, or satellite connections are not accepted).
  • A smartphone for two-factor authentication and team communication.
