About the Remote Customer Service Representative Role

arenaflex is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Service team as Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Contact Management: Handle approximately 50-60 inbound phone calls per shift in a fast-paced, structured environment with minimal downtime between calls.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics while excelling in customer service performance indicators.
  • Customer Engagement: Professionally engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to build relationships while representing arenaflex's brand values.
  • Active Listening & Empathy: Practice active listening to understand customer concerns and utilize internal resources to find the best solutions for their specific needs.
  • Conflict Resolution: Apply conflict resolution skills to balance customer needs with business options while maintaining professional composure.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
