Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist

  • Execute mailroom duties such as receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages to appropriate internal teams.
  • Conduct routine quality checks, flagging incomplete or inconsistent records for clarification before final submission.
  • Assist with electronic fund transfer processing, check handling, and content storage retrieval as needed.
  • Provide backup support to teammates in the mailroom and data‑entry groups during peak periods or staff absences.
