As an Information Researcher and Analytics team member in arenaflex's Data Platform - Experiences group, you'll provide critical data analysis and support to our platform, service, and functional engineering teams. You'll help define what questions we should be asking and scale our analysis methods and tools to support our growing business. Your work will directly influence how success is measured across arenaflex's digital platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Defining analytical frameworks and scaling research methodologies to support arenaflex's expanding business needs
• Supporting the vision for business analytics, solutions architecture for data-driven business initiatives, and strategic execution including research analysis and campaign performance reporting
• Supervising data instrumentation, dashboard/report building, measurement reviews, and resolving team hypotheses
• Providing guidance on success/failure metrics and conducting ad-hoc analysis to inform business decisions
• Collaborating with both technical and non-technical staff throughout arenaflex to ensure data insights are effectively communicated and utilized
• Working with Platform and Service teams to guide better decision-making using available data
• Advancing data and insights through effective communication with partners and various teams
• Maintaining a customer-centered approach while serving as a domain and product expert through data
• Building trust among peers and ensuring teams have access to data for informed decision-making
• Managing ambiguous issues and adapting analytical tools to address complex questions
• Identifying trade-offs between speed and quality of different analytical approaches

What You'll Bring: Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience: At least 2 years of domain experience in a consumer e-commerce environment, or in a high-growth, high-velocity product or team
