Summary

Overview Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating positive customer experiences? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Client Journey Specialists. In this role, you'll support clients throughout various stages of their travel experience, helping coordinate arrangements, answer questions, and ensure every detail is handled with care. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while developing valuable customer service, communication, and planning skills. No previous travel industry background is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing guidance, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a helpful resource for clients before, during, and after the travel planning process Assist with coordinating vacation packages, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and other travel services Research destinations, pricing, and travel opportunities using approved company platforms Review travel details and reservation information to help ensure accuracy Provide personalized assistance tailored to each client's preferences and objectives Respond to inquiries and support requests through phone, email, and online communication channels Help manage schedule adjustments, booking modifications, and itinerary updates Maintain organized client records, travel documentation, and booking information Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and educational workshops
