We’re growing and looking for a reliable, customer-focused Remote CSR/Dispatcher to join our team. This role is primarily customer service–focused, with dispatching responsibilities to support our field technicians. - Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, professional tone
- Schedule service calls and accurately enter customer information
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with care and urgency
- Build trust and relationships with customers and create a positive overall experience
- Make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-ups, and membership opportunities
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding timing, expectations, and services Dispatching Support
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability and skillset
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
- Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth job flow

- Experience in the trades required (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing)
- Experience using ServiceTitan or other home services CRM platforms required
- Knowledge of multiple trades preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work remote while still remaining engaged with the team
- Willingness to learn a new trade if necessary
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
