Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Gather, cleanse, and enrich Voice‑of‑Customer (VOC) data, ensuring it is ready for ingestion into arenaflex’s enterprise‑wide data lake and analytics ecosystem.
  • Design and maintain robust data models that support high‑performance analytics, standardized metric definitions, and scalable reporting across multiple business units.
  • Leverage transformational technologies—including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python—to build batch and real‑time data pipelines that guarantee data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, performing rigorous validation at both the data‑set and use‑case level to certify that analytical outputs meet arenaflex’s exacting standards.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve data processing efficiency, reducing latency and resource consumption across the massive data ecosystem.
  • Drive the automation of repetitive data‑entry tasks by creating scripts, workflows, and tools that free up valuable analyst time for higher‑order problem solving.
  • Partner with Global Service Networks (GSN) and Advanced Engineering Teams (AET) to prioritize, refine, and monitor data requirements for a variety of use cases within the VOC “Stop‑Loss” framework.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies—daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives—to ensure incremental delivery of data solutions aligns with business priorities.
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices for data ingestion, quality assurance, and documentation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
