As a Senior Strategic Agency Manager, you will be the bridge between arenaflex’s powerful suite of advertising products and the agencies that bring those solutions to market. Your executive influencing skills, strategic mindset, and deep knowledge of both traditional and digital media will enable you to guide agencies in allocating budgets, expanding digital capabilities, and delivering consistent, scalable growth. This role directly impacts arenaflex’s market share, product adoption, and the long‑term profitability of our agency ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Delivery: Meet and exceed ambitious quarterly business and product growth targets by driving scalable product adoption across a broad portfolio of agency clients.
  • Portfolio Ownership: Own a defined portfolio of agencies, deeply understand their growth drivers, identify new opportunities, mitigate risks, and develop multi‑quarter plans that align with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders within agencies, influencing budget allocation and championing arenaflex’s solutions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Large Customer Sales, agency counterparts, client strategists, and product specialists to ensure a cohesive, end‑to‑end experience for agencies and their advertisers.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to the Agency Lead, shaping program direction, contributing to agency‑level planning, and driving innovative initiatives that enhance agency performance.
  • Performance Analytics: Leverage data‑driven insights to assess agency success, refine storytelling techniques, and optimize competitive selling approaches.
  • Project Management: Lead multiple, simultaneous projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Capability Development: Elevate agency teams across all organizational levels by delivering training, best‑practice workshops, and mentorship that foster sustainable growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking within consumer electronics, automotive, OEM, telecom, e‑commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of working directly with C‑level executives and influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex agreements or partnership contracts.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a history of using data to drive strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience assessing agency success through business techniques such as effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and competitive selling.
  • Background in managing digital advertising campaigns that balance performance metrics with brand marketing objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of both digital and traditional agency business models, including customer retention, growth, and new‑business acquisition strategies.
  • Understanding of traditional versus online marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to own a sales portfolio, consistently over‑achieve goals, and drive measurable business growth.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
