Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone or virtual consultations with prospective clients
  • Perform needs analysis and recommend coverage options
  • Help clients complete applications and navigate underwriting
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and prospective clients
  • Participate in training and skill development

Skills

  • Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain before starting
  • Ability to pass a background check with no felonies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-discipline and time management
  • Ability to follow a structured process
  • Sales or customer service experience
