Position Overview As a Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with the utmost care and respect, sharing customer feedback and information with other team members to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience. You'll take ownership for the experience you're delivering with every customer and contribute to a positive, energetic team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of arenaflex, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening and offering creative solutions
  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
  • Take ownership for the experience you're delivering with every customer
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert recommendations to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks
  • Flexible and reliable to work an e-commerce schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and social media platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
