Job Description

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring consistent quota attainment, and maintaining operational excellence across the sales floor. This role provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for Team Leaders and sales representatives, while maintaining strong visibility into daily sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics. The Sales Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for the sales team, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and best-in-class sales practices.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across the team Ensure consistent quota attainment and strong pipeline health Track and analyze key sales metrics, including conversion rates, activity levels, and revenue performance Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans Maintain accurate forecasting and performance reporting Provide structured coaching to Team Leaders and sales representatives Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings Review call recordings and deliver actionable feedback Reinforce best practices in objection handling, closing strategies, and pipeline management Support the development of future sales leaders Maintain real-time visibility of sales floor performance and activity Act as escalation point for complex deals or sales challenges Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance standards, and operational guidelines Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to maintain productivity and accountability Success Metrics Team Performance Quota attainment Conversion rate improvement Pipeline growth and health Activity and productivity levels Leadership Impact Consistent team performance Effective coaching outcomes Faster ramp-up for new hires Strong collaboration with operations leadership Requirements and Skills Proven experience supervising high-performing sales teams Strong coaching and performance management skills Data-driven and results-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership presence and communication skills Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote \n \n$5 - $5 a month \n Apply To This Job
