The recruitment coordinator will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, white-glove experience for all prospective candidates and new hires. You will provide high-touch support from the early candidate stages through the onboarding process. This role will collaborate with senior leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth process - ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced organization. Client Details This is exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded investment firm in Fairfield County, 3 days a week.
