Job Description

The Technical Writer will produce high-quality, API-driven documentation and cross-domain guides, acting as a bridge between engineering outputs and end-user understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Write documentation directly from API specifications, including webhook documentation without requiring engineering walkthroughs. Develop cross-domain journey guides spanning multiple applications (up to 4+ systems). Own and maintain changelog voice and narrative, translating technical updates into user-impact language. Standardize and maintain release notes and documentation consistency. Drive brand adoption of canonical documentation standards across teams (e.g., KFC + TB ecosystems). Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in technical writing for APIs and developer platforms. Ability to interpret OpenAPI specs, webhooks, and backend systems. Experience creating end-to-end user journey documentation. Excellent written communication with focus on clarity and usability.
