Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our clients, handling inbound calls from members seeking assistance with their healthcare benefits. Your empathy, patience, and problem‑solving abilities will guide customers through complex inquiries, ensuring they receive accurate information and a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
