Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound member calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Explain prescription insurance plans, medication coverage options, and mail‑order processes in clear, easy‑to‑understand language.
  • Identify member needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions that align with arenaflex’s policies and compliance standards.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans, formulary changes, and regulatory requirements (including HIPAA).

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum six (6) months of experience interacting directly with customers in a call‑center, retail, hospitality, or comparable service environment.
