  • Conduct thorough reviews of referrals, validate data integrity, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve escalated cases efficiently.
  • Assist the Premium Team by processing policy changes, suspending premiums when required, and handling tax withholding adjustments.
  • Leverage Salesforce as the primary transaction platform, ensuring that every activity is captured, tracked, and reported in real time.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, document best practices, and propose enhancements that drive operational efficiency.
  • Provide timely, courteous, and professional communication to internal partners and external customers, tailoring messages to diverse audiences.

  • Problem‑Solving & Decision‑Making: Ability to analyze complex scenarios, make sound judgments, and execute solutions independently.
  • Basic Technical Proficiency: Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and internet troubleshooting.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to varied audiences.
  • Multi‑Tasking Capability: Proven track record of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Self‑Starter Attitude: Initiative to take ownership of tasks, seek out learning opportunities, and support teammates proactively.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to delivering outstanding service experiences, even when navigating a large corporate structure.

  • Analytical Thinking: Comfort with interpreting transaction data, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing demands.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, including underwriting, claims, finance, and IT.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment where processes evolve and new initiatives are introduced regularly.
