Booz Allen Hamilton is a leading consulting firm focused on digital transformation solutions. They are seeking a Junior Digital Transformation Specialist to help organizations improve their operations through data analysis, process automation, and innovative digital strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assess how new tools will impact missions
- Work closely with key stakeholders and other technical professionals to develop and contribute to transformative technology and business system solutions
Skills
- 1+ years of experience delivering digital solutions
- Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI and UX, or artificial intelligence
- Ability to apply frameworks aligned to digital transformation efforts in the public sector
- Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience planning and executing large projects, including client engagement
- Ability to develop presentations and work products using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
