Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Skills
- Access to Android devices
- Expertise in French grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics
- Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like dialectal variation, formal versus colloquial language, French orthography, translation accuracy, semantic ambiguity, and cultural context
- Ability to document failure modes
- Ability to converse with the model on language scenarios
- Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Ability to capture reproducible error traces
- Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Master's or PhD in French language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills
- Peer-reviewed publications
- Translation experience
- Hands-on linguistic analysis projects
