They are seeking a Software Engineer to build AI-powered product experiences, rapidly prototype solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and sales productivity.
Responsibilities
- Building AI-powered product experiences that solve real customer problems
- Rapidly prototyping solutions using modern AI tools, frameworks, agents, and automation platforms
- Turning ideas into functional products quickly and efficiently
- Developing intelligent workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, orchestration tools, and automation technologies
- Improving sales productivity, answer rates, and customer engagement through AI-enhanced experiences
- Working across the technology stack including frontend, backend, APIs, prompts, workflows, infrastructure, and integrations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, leadership, and design teams
- Continuously testing ideas, learning from feedback, and improving solutions
- Helping shape and improve AI-first software development processes and best practices
