Customer Service/Collections Specialist

Rightworks is a growing company seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Collections Associate. This role is responsible for resolving outstanding account balances while delivering a professional and solutions-oriented customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications regarding outstanding account balances
  • Explain account information clearly and professionally while adhering to applicable compliance requirements
  • Work with customers to establish payment arrangements within approved company guidelines
  • Accurately document customer interactions, payment commitments, and account updates in internal systems
  • Address customer questions, disputes, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and performance expectations
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations governing collections activities
  • Protect confidential information and maintain accurate account records
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while balancing company objectives and customer needs

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, collections, accounts receivable, or financial services environments
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus
  • Experience working in a performance-driven environment with established metrics and goals
