Customer Service Representative
Colony Roofers is a growing roofing company seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their sales team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing customer records, and assisting with administrative tasks to contribute to company growth.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service
- Make outbound calls to leads from marketing and referral sources
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Register customer warranties after project completion
- Maintain customer records and update company systems
- Track sales metrics and reporting data
- Assist with administrative tasks that support company growth
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and leadership

- Comfortable learning and using technology, software, and AI tools
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Customer service experience
- Call center, scheduling, administrative, or office support experience
- Experience in roofing, construction, home services, or sales support is a plus but not required
