Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative to provide comprehensive administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. As a key contributor to our claims department, you will be responsible for entering claims data into our proprietary claims management systems, reviewing documentation for accuracy, following up on incomplete information, and compiling reports that help our team make informed decisions. Your work will directly impact the speed and quality of claims processing, making you a vital link between our organization and the customers we serve.

Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, your day-to-day activities will include a blend of data entry, customer service, and administrative support functions. Specifically, you will be expected to:

  • Enter Claims Data Accurately: Input detailed claims information into arenaflex's claims management systems with a high degree of precision, ensuring that all fields are completed correctly and in accordance with established protocols.
  • Follow Up on Missing Information: Proactively reach out to internal teams or external stakeholders to obtain missing documentation or clarification needed to move claims through the processing pipeline.
  • Review Invoices for Accuracy: Carefully examine invoices and supporting documentation to verify that all charges, codes, and information align with claims records and company standards.
  • Compile Reports: Generate reports from claims management systems, summarizing key metrics, pending items, and other relevant data points for use by management and the broader claims team.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist the claims coordination team with a variety of administrative tasks, including document management, file organization, and general office support functions that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Respond to inquiries professionally and courteously, demonstrating arenaflex's commitment to service excellence in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following eligibility and qualification criteria:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older, or otherwise able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter into an employment contract.
  • Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. arenaflex hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (such as F, J, H, or L visas), including students in practical training status. Exceptions may be made based on a shortage of qualified candidates with particular skills. Proof of work authorization will be required.
  • Background Investigation: Must be willing to submit to a background investigation. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of this background check.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of six months to one year of work experience is required. Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support is highly preferred but not strictly mandatory for candidates who demonstrate strong potential.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with standard office software, email platforms, and web-based applications. Solid typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is non-negotiable for this role. You must be able to spot discrepancies, identify errors, and maintain a high standard of accuracy in all work products.
