As a Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist you will be the frontline liaison between arenaflex and our valued print‑media customers. Your work ensures that subscription orders, billing inquiries, and account setups are processed accurately and efficiently, directly impacting customer satisfaction and revenue flow. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of account creation and maintenance for a diverse portfolio of print publications.
  • Operate the inbound and outbound customer service channels (phone, email, and ticketing system) to address inquiries related to subscriptions, deliveries, returns, and billing.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to coordinate print‑distribution schedules, routing changes, and special order requests.
  • Execute end‑to‑end invoice processing, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation, while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Maintain and update the internal Order Management System (OMS) and related data‑entry tools with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Develop a working knowledge of arenaflex’s proprietary Single‑Copy System (SCS) and other enterprise‑wide platforms.
  • Provide timely follow‑up on open tickets, ensuring that each customer interaction is documented and resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring issues or process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc projects, data audits, and reporting as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an office environment with a focus on customer service or data entry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated precision in data handling and a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Organizational Ability: Capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Availability: Willingness to work standard business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) and adapt to occasional schedule adjustments.
