Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Administrator – Data Entry Specialist to join arenaflex’s Corporate Accounting Division. This remote, full‑time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $24‑$34 and the chance to work from anywhere in the United States while supporting a fast‑growing airline. Key Responsibilities
- Process bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payroll cycles with precision and adherence to established timelines.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, direct deposit setups, tax withholdings (W‑4), and benefits deductions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of source documents and payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies, errors, and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide responsive, courteous internal customer service to employees, managers, and HR partners regarding payroll matters.
- Prepare and issue manual payroll checks when required, ensuring proper documentation and audit trails.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to support year‑end processing, audits, and reporting requirements.

Essential Qualifications
