About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail‑oriented individuals to serve as Customer Support & Response Specialists. In this role, you will act as the first line of defense for drivers who rely on critical safety services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands‑free Destination Assist, and Stolen Vehicle Locator. Whether the caller needs simple navigation help or urgent emergency coordination, you will provide calm, accurate, and compassionate guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and digital requests from drivers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assess each caller’s situation quickly, identify the appropriate service, and initiate the correct response protocol.

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Work from any quiet, uninterrupted home environment within the United States (excluding CA, NY, PA, WA) or Canada.

  • Bilingual specialists earn $0.31 per interaction minute with a 48‑minute minimum guarantee, translating to $14.88 – $18.60 per hour.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication skills; bilingual candidates must be equally fluent in Spanish or French alongside English.
