About arenaflex – Pioneering Precision in the Aviation Industry

At arenaflex, we are more than just a global leader in air travel; we are a technology‑driven organization that places data integrity at the heart of every operation. Our fleet connects millions of passengers across continents, and behind each flight, a massive flow of information fuels safety, scheduling, customer service, and regulatory compliance. As we continue to expand our network, the demand for meticulous data management grows exponentially. This is where you come in. If you thrive on turning raw numbers into reliable, actionable insights, and you enjoy a fast‑paced environment where every keystroke matters, the Data Entry Specialist role at arenaflex offers you a unique platform to make a tangible impact on the aviation world.

Why This Role Matters

Data entry is the silent engine that powers critical decision‑making across the airline. From passenger manifests and cargo logs to maintenance records and financial transactions, accurate data ensures operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and an exceptional customer experience. As a member of the arenaflex Data Operations Team, you will be entrusted with high‑volume data streams, tasked with maintaining the highest standards of precision, confidentiality, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter large volumes of structured and unstructured data into arenaflex’s proprietary and third‑party database systems with a focus on speed and error‑free accuracy.
  • Perform rigorous quality‑control checks, reviewing each entry for completeness, compliance with internal data standards, and alignment with industry regulations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive passenger, crew, and operational information, adhering to GDPR, CCPA, and aviation‑specific data protection guidelines.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to correct root‑cause issues.
  • Document data entry procedures, create reference guides, and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflow automation tools.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines, ensuring that critical data feeds are delivered on schedule for downstream analytics.
  • Support the onboarding of new data entry staff by sharing best practices, providing mentorship, and assisting with training sessions.
  • Participate in regular audits and data integrity reviews, providing detailed reports to senior management on data quality metrics.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry, information management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a high‑volume data entry role, preferably within a regulated industry such as aviation, logistics, or finance.
  • Demonstrated typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with a 99% accuracy rate, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and industry‑specific data entry platforms.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a track record of managing multiple data streams simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear documentation of processes and effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adhering to both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Flexibility to work full‑time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with the 24/7 nature of airline operations.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States and reliable transportation to and from the arenaflex facilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) or cargo management platforms.
  • Familiarity with data validation tools, OCR software, and basic scripting (e.g., VBA, Python) to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Certification in data privacy (CIPP/US) or information security (CISSP, CompTIA Security+).
  • Previous exposure to lean or Six Sigma methodologies, demonstrating a commitment to process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining a positive, solution‑focused attitude.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Accuracy & Precision: Unwavering commitment to error‑free data entry and validation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of data entry software, spreadsheet functions, and basic database concepts.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to spot patterns, inconsistencies, and potential data quality issues.
