Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction Excellence

  • Handle all customer contacts across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to Arenaflex's service level agreements
  • Deliver personalized support experiences that reflect Arenaflex's commitment to exceptional service
  • Utilize advanced communication techniques to build rapport and trust with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management system

Technical Proficiency & System Navigation

  • Master and efficiently utilize Arenaflex's internal support platforms including OPS, THOR, and various payment processing back offices
  • Employ external tools like Geocomply to verify customer locations and enhance security measures
  • Access and interpret customer data responsibly, including transaction histories, payment details, responsible gaming limits, and identity verification documents
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide clear, comprehensive explanations to customers

Security & Compliance

  • Investigate potential fraudulent player behavior using established protocols
  • Monitor customer transactions and records to maintain the integrity of Arenaflex's gaming environment
  • Execute Know Your Customer procedures and document verification services with precision
  • Uphold strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security protocols

Process Improvement & Team Collaboration

  • Remain current with and proactively learn all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Contribute to SOP updates and documentation improvements
  • Participate in outbound campaigns as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance service quality

Essential Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service position, preferably within a 24/7 call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or technical certification preferred)
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries (gaming, finance, or tech) a plus

Work Schedule & Location

This full-time position operates on a 40-hour weekly schedule across various shifts, including morning, day, evening, night, and overnight options. While primarily remote, you must be able to work within a 24/7 environment as needed. Our scheduling system is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring adequate coverage across all time zones.

Physical Requirements

While this is a remote position, candidates should be able to:

  • Sit for extended periods while working on a computer
  • Use hands for typing, mouse operation, and other computer tasks
