Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Accurately capture interaction details in the CRM system, contributing to a knowledge base that empowers teammates and improves future service.

  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed targets for Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Average Handling Time (AHT), and other key performance indicators.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, with a focus on voice‑based customer service.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience handling voice accounts, demonstrating consistent high performance.
  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing a degree) – we value aptitude and drive as much as formal education.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and AHT.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently from a dedicated home office with a reliable minimum 25 Mbps internet connection.
  • Quiet, private workspace that meets arenaflex’s security and confidentiality standards.
  • Willingness to transition to an on‑site location in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted, if required.

Preferred Experience & Attributes

  • Experience measuring and improving Voice of Customer (VOC) or Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes.
  • Background in both B2B and B2C service environments, showcasing versatility in handling diverse member needs.
  • Premium customer service or sales experience, with a consultative approach to value generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, listen actively, and turn challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
  • Comfort with using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and productivity tools.
