Position Overview – Branch Customer Service & Sales Representative

As a Branch Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex’s Greensboro, NC location, you will be the welcoming face of our branch. You’ll blend exceptional customer service with proactive sales, helping members discover the full suite of arenaflex products—from membership plans and travel packages to insurance and select banking services. Key Responsibilities

  • Member Interaction: Greet members in person, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations that align with their needs.
  • Product Promotion & Sales: Actively market arenaflex membership, travel (car rentals, hotels, tour packages), insurance, and limited banking products, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Lead Generation & Follow‑Up: Identify prospective members, update existing members on special offers, and conduct outbound calls to promote travel and insurance solutions.
  • Cashiering & Transaction Management: Process payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, and other products; balance cash drawers; handle remittance and deposit transfers accurately.
  • Complaint Resolution: Listen to member concerns, resolve issues promptly, and involve management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods, maintain organized workstations, and keep branch documentation up to date.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow representatives, branch managers, and support staff to achieve collective goals and maintain a vibrant office environment.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in branch events, community outreach, and promotional activities that enhance arenaflex’s brand presence.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new arenaflex products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to members.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
