Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, service‑driven Remote Customer Experience Concierge to join our Premium Lounge team at the IAH Airport. In this role, you will be the face of arenaflex for our most valued members, delivering personalized assistance, travel guidance, and lifestyle recommendations in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment. Your mission is to anticipate needs, solve problems creatively, and turn every interaction into a lasting relationship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome arenaflex Premium Lounge members as they arrive, ensuring a warm, professional first impression.
  • Own the end‑to‑end member experience, from initial contact through resolution, maintaining a proactive and solution‑focused mindset.
  • Provide tailored travel advice, including flight information, reservation assistance, and real‑time updates.
  • Coordinate with food and beverage partners to fulfill member requests promptly and accurately.
  • Offer lifestyle and concierge recommendations—such as dining, entertainment, and local attractions—aligned with each member’s preferences.
