Role Overview

The arenaflex Customer Experience (CXP) Program Management Office (PMO) is looking for a seasoned professional who can translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable strategies. You will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of an insights program that captures customer sentiment, identifies pain points, and drives engineering‑backed solutions. Your work will enable customers to migrate, mature, and transform their businesses on the arenaflex cloud with confidence and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Insights Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze evidence‑based data from a variety of sources (surveys, support tickets, usage metrics, community forums). Synthesize findings into compelling narratives that highlight customer challenges, competitive pressures, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Insight Report Development: Produce executive‑level reports that quantify top customer pains, translate them into ROI‑focused recommendations, and present clear, data‑driven business cases for engineering action.
  • Roadmap Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leaders to embed customer‑derived insights into the arenaflex product roadmap, ensuring prioritized scenarios are addressed with measurable outcomes.
  • Research Guidance: Identify evidence gaps and design supplemental research initiatives (interviews, focus groups, usability testing) to deepen understanding of complex customer journeys.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Orchestrate cross‑functional “v‑teams” through a predictable business cadence, facilitating transparent communication, status updates, and feedback loops with internal partners and external customers.
  • Program Optimization: Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders, refine processes, and enhance tooling to improve the efficiency and impact of the insights program.
  • Advocacy & Communication: Serve as the champion for the customer experience, presenting findings to senior leadership, influencing decision‑making, and fostering a culture of data‑driven empathy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or an equivalent blend of education and experience).
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience working with arenaflex cloud services, demonstrating a solid understanding of cloud architecture, migration patterns, and service reliability.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, including statistical techniques, data visualization, and storytelling with data.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate complex client interactions, guide stakeholders through multi‑stage processes, and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to translate technical concepts into business‑focused language for diverse audiences.
  • Eligibility to meet arenaflex, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the arenaflex Cloud Background Check upon hire and biennially thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical or analytical field combined with 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • 6+ years of deep‑dive data analysis experience, preferably within a cloud‑focused environment.
  • 5+ years of customer‑facing experience, demonstrating the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and drive adoption.
  • Exceptional communication talent, comfortable engaging in technical discussions with senior engineers, product managers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated systematic approach to process standardization, continuous improvement, and scalable program design.
