Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Provide courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, and in‑person channels.
  • Transaction Management: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan applications, and other financial transactions while adhering to compliance and security protocols.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve account‑related issues, escalations, and disputes, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
  • Product Promotion: Identify opportunities to cross‑sell arenaflex’s banking products—such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans—tailoring recommendations to each customer’s unique needs.
  • Documentation & Record‑Keeping: Maintain precise and up‑to‑date customer records, ensuring all interactions are logged in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Compliance Adherence: Follow all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and security procedures to protect customer data and prevent fraud.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
