Your expertise will ensure that every soda fountain, cooler, and soft‑drink wellspring operates at peak performance, directly influencing customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical maintenance and minor repairs on soft‑drink dispensing equipment in accordance with arenaflex service standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with beverage wellspring machines, including electrical, hydraulic, and refrigeration components.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on all refrigeration units to ensure optimal temperature control and energy efficiency.
  • Execute corrective repairs, part replacements, and system calibrations to restore equipment to full functionality.
  • Document service activities, parts used, and time spent in the arenaflex Service Management System for accurate reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment both in the field and within the vehicle.
  • Provide courteous, solution‑focused customer interactions, representing arenaflex’s brand values of reliability, professionalism, and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with the remote support team to share insights, escalations, and best practices that enhance overall service quality.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including occasional weekend assignments and emergency call‑outs, to meet the needs of our diverse client base.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, enabling safe travel to client sites across the Tampa, FL region.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in repairing and maintaining beverage equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds, and to work comfortably on ladders or in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non‑technical customers.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
  • Reliability and punctuality, especially when responding to scheduled service windows and unexpected breakdowns.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or beverage dispensing equipment service.
  • Familiarity with basic electrical schematics, pneumatic systems, and refrigeration cycles.
  • Certification such as EPA Section 608, HVAC, or a related trade qualification.
  • Experience using mobile diagnostic tools, tablets, or field service software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and safety regulations.
  • Customer‑service experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the food‑service or hospitality sectors.
