Position Overview – Remote Customer Care Representative II (Outbound)

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Customer Care Representative II to join our outbound call center team. This remote role supports members across the United States, focusing on insurance benefits, pharmacy delivery, and overall member satisfaction. The ideal candidate will reside within 50 miles of one of our regional hubs in St. Louis, MO; Atlanta, GA; or Richmond, VA, and will work a consistent 8.5‑hour shift aligned with Eastern or Central Time zones.

As a member of the arenaflex outbound team, you will be the voice that guides our members through complex benefit inquiries and pharmacy processes. Your daily activities will include:

  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate calls to internal and external customers to clarify insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims status.
  • Problem Analysis & Resolution: Diagnose member issues, research data, and deliver clear, actionable solutions in a timely manner.
  • Data Management: Operate PC/image stations to retrieve, verify, and document member information accurately within our secure database.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive, trust‑based relationships with members, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with underwriting, claims, pharmacy, and IT teams to resolve complex inquiries and streamline processes.
  • Follow‑Up Communication: Conduct follow‑up calls and email correspondence to confirm resolution and gather feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze call trends, identify operational challenges, and propose enhancements to improve service efficiency.
