As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex+ – our flagship streaming platform serving audiences in Europe, Africa, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries on all arenaflex+ social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, etc.) within established SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Planning & Commercial team to align support messaging with quarterly strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Gather and analyze recurring support trends, feeding insights back to product, content, and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and escalation procedures for internal use.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly and quarterly performance dashboards that highlight key metrics such as response time, resolution rate, sentiment analysis, and subscriber churn.
  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings with regional arenaflex+ operations, finance, and analytics groups to ensure a unified approach to subscriber experience.
  • Support ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses on drivers of engagement, helping senior leadership make data‑driven decisions.
  • Act as a brand advocate by promoting arenaflex+ features, new releases, and special offers in a tone that reflects our core values of creativity, inclusivity, and fun.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into clear, friendly language for diverse audiences.
  • Strong numerical aptitude with experience building or interpreting forecasts, KPI dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of tailoring messages to different stakeholder groups (regional teams, global leadership, external partners).
