Remote Bilingual Customer Service & Client Advisor

We are seeking a high-performing, fully remote professional who thrives on independence and genuinely loves helping people protect what matters most. Must be available Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm mountain standard time. Position Overview This is a 100% remote position for a self-sufficient, sharp problem solver who can manage their workload autonomously without losing focus. In this role, you won't just react to what a customer asks for—you will listen, analyze, and actively advise them. We are looking for someone who consistently looks to go beyond the baseline minimums to provide a five-star experience.
- Location: Fully Remote
- Languages Required: Fluent in both English and Spanish (Written and Verbal)
- Licensing: Active insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities
- Trusted Advising: Listen critically to client needs and confidently advise them on coverage gaps and policy enhancements, rather than just taking orders or following a customer's basic instructions.
- Autonomous Problem Solving: Independently troubleshoot complex billing, claims, and policy issues with minimal supervision, finding efficient solutions on the first call.
- Proactive Client Care: Conduct routine policy reviews and proactive "touch points" to ensure our clients are fully protected and aware of their options.
- Exceeding Baselines: Consistently meet and look to exceed daily performance minimums regarding talk time, call volumes, and account reviews.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities during service interactions to introduce additional lines of business that genuinely benefit the client.
Qualifications & Skills
- Self-Sufficiency: A proven track record of working remotely with high productivity, excellent time management, and minimal oversight.
- Critical Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills; the ability to think on your feet, navigate complex scenarios, and offer professional guidance.
- Bilingual Mastery: Seamless verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Growth Mindset: A desire to go above and beyond the standard baseline requirements and a strong responsiveness to performance coaching.
- Technical Independence: Comfortable managing remote phone systems, customer databases, and dual monitors while maintaining high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office.
