[Hiring] Change Management Consultant @JMS Technical Solutions
Role Description Our client is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team! This is a remote/full-time/6-month contract position. Hourly based on experience Up to $80/HR. We are looking for a mid-level Change Management resource to support execution, planning, coordination, and cross-team partnership. This role requires someone who can work independently and deliver change activities, but is not responsible for defining the overall change strategy.
- Develop role-based training materials and learning content to support new processes and systems
- Create job aids, quick reference guides, and user documentation to reinforce adoption
- Draft and execute targeted change communications using approved messaging and templates
- Support the development and execution of communication and training plans tied to project milestones
- Partner with project managers and workstream leads to align CM deliverables with the project timeline
- Coordinate and track change management activities and deliverables across the project lifecycle
- Schedule and support training sessions, stakeholder briefings, and end-user enablement activities
- Maintain change, training, and communication asset repositories
- Gather stakeholder and user feedback and recommend content updates
- Provide regular status updates on training and communication readiness
- Support adoption and readiness tracking using defined metrics and reporting tools Qualifications
