Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft‑drink dispensing equipment in accordance with arenaflex standards and safety protocols.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with beverage wellspring machines, including electrical, hydraulic, and refrigeration components.
  • Maintain optimal performance of all refrigeration units by conducting routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules, including calibration, software updates, and component replacements to minimize downtime.
  • Document service activities accurately in arenaflex’s digital work order system, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide clear explanations of repairs, and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Transport equipment safely to and from service locations, adhering to all safety guidelines and lifting protocols (up to 50 lb).
  • Remain flexible by being available on weekends and holidays as required to meet service level agreements and urgent repair calls.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge through arenaflex‑provided training, staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (secondary school certification) – a solid foundation for technical learning.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, enabling you to travel to client sites across the Tampa area.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in repairing and maintaining beverage dispensing equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to work an 8‑hour shift on a part‑time basis, including weekends when needed.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in mechanical engineering, refrigeration technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience servicing beverage dispensing or refrigeration equipment, preferably in a commercial or hospitality setting.
