Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance with reservations, flight information, ticketing changes, loyalty programs, and general inquiries. Using phone, email, live chat, and social media channels, you will respond to a high volume of customer interactions each day, delivering consistent, accurate, and compassionate support.
This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, tech-savvy, and energized by problem-solving. You don't need prior aviation experience — we provide thorough training — but you do need a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to learn quickly in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
- Reservation Management: Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations, including understanding fare rules, seat assignments, baggage policies, and travel documentation requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns, analyze root causes, and provide effective solutions on the first contact whenever possible. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Flight Information Support: Provide accurate, up-to-date information about flight schedules, gate changes, delays, cancellations, and rebooking options during irregular operations (IROPS).
- Loyalty Program Assistance: Help customers navigate the loyalty and rewards program, including account inquiries, mileage redemption, tier status, and partnership benefits.
- Policy and Procedure Compliance: Stay current on arenaflex policies, procedures, promotions, and service offerings to ensure every response is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring complete and organized records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments such as operations, baggage, refunds, and technical support to resolve customer issues and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Essential Qualifications
