Base Pay Range: $94,656 - $141,678 As a Project Manager II - Consumer Technology within Dealer Tire’s CEG Technology team, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and work remotely to lead and deliver technology-focused projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project teams, managing execution, and ensuring projects are completed on time. You will support day-to-day project needs while helping drive consistent, successful outcomes across the organization. As a Project Manager - Consumer Technology, your essential job functions will include the following: Take ownership of assigned work, consistently driving progress towards the finish line Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with various teams across the organization for project planning Supervise project teams, directing and coordinating efforts to align with project objectives. Leverage and adapt project planning tools to effectively track progress, allocate resources, and meet critical milestones. Regularly monitor and report on project status, making strategic adjustments as required. Proactively identify, manage and communicate risks and issues, escalating them appropriately. Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, project teams and across the Dealer Tire CEG Technology function. Mentor less experienced Project Manager(s) and team members, aiding their professional growth and readiness for more complex roles. Adhere to and advocate for established project management methodologies within the technology domain and various partner groups. Other Duties as assigned Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in technology, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on technology projects. Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban). Skilled in technology-centric project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheets, Monday.com, HubSpot, Miro, ClickUp, Confluence, MS Project). Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a bonus. Proven experience managing external-facing projects and interfacing directly with clients, B2B partners or third-party vendors. Competencies Required Robust organizational and leadership skills, particularly in managing technology projects. Effective communication and team collaboration skills are essential for technology and cross functional, and client-facing project environments. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a focus on technological project goals. Aptitude for mentoring junior team members, with an emphasis on technology skills development, service-oriented Project Management. Competence in handling complex project dynamics in the technology sector. Physical Job Requirements Ability to sit for long periods of time. Talking through the computer for many meetings and one-to-one conversations This role functions asynchronously to a standard 9-5 working schedule and may require work to be performed during early mornings, evenings and weekends (off-hours).
