Want to be part of our exciting growth journey? Sales Operations is the engine room of our go-to-market machine. As our Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll keep the pipeline clean, the reporting honest, and the GTM processes running — so Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success can move fast without things breaking behind the scenes. Reporting into the Revenue Operations team, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with commercial leaders across APAC, NA, and EMEA. You’ll surface the insights that drive decisions, fix the workflows that slow people down, and make sure every lead, deal, and data point lands where it should. It’s a high-leverage seat for someone early in their career who wants real ownership and a front-row view of how a global SaaS business scales. What you’ll do Own the data that drives revenue. Manage leads end-to-end — wash against existing records, load and enrich in CRM (Hubspot), and keep the database accurate, deduplicated, and ready for distribution. When the team asks “is this clean?”, the answer is yes because you made it so. Be the source of truth on the numbers. Build and run sales and marketing reports from CRM and industry sources. Surface trends in lost reasons, conversion, ERP performance, and forecasting — and translate them into clear, actionable takeaways for leadership. Close the loop on insights. Don’t just send the dashboard — drive what happens next. Distribute weekly reports to leadership, flag rep adherence issues to sales managers, and own lead distribution so opportunities never sit idle. Keep the GTM engine running. Test sales and marketing automations and journeys in the CRM before they go live. Catch the broken handoffs, the misrouted leads, and the silent failures before they cost the business pipeline. Give reps the inputs they need to win. Prepare customer proposals and source new lead opportunities from public data so reps spend more time selling and less time hunting. Document how the business runs. Write clear, reusable SOPs in Confluence so processes scale beyond any one person. If you fixed it once, document it so it never breaks the same way again. Use AI as a force multiplier. Lean on Claude and other AI tools to compress research, accelerate analysis, and automate the repeatable parts of the job. Find where AI can save the team hours and bake it into how we work. Roll up your sleeves. At Traild’s stage, nothing is beneath you. You’ll clean a CRM field, chase down a missing data point, or jump on a call to understand a rep’s workflow if that’s what moves the needle. Who you are You’re curious, organised, and quietly relentless about getting the details right. You enjoy untangling messy data, spotting patterns others miss, and finding a better way to do something that used to take twice as long. Experience & background Recent university or college graduate with a degree in Operations, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline. Comfortable in CRM platforms (HubSpot, or Salesforce) and a power user of Microsoft Office — particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A technical or operational mindset, ideally with some exposure to Accounts Payable, ERPs, or the pace of a startup. Strong written English and a digital native at heart. Experience with coding languages is a plus and highly desirable. Skills & mindset You ask “why” before “what.” When a number looks off, you trace it back to the source rather than just flagging it. You spot patterns in messy data. Give you a list of stale leads and you’ll come back with the three reasons they stalled, not just the count. You’d rather automate it once than do it twice. If a task takes 30 minutes a week, you’re already thinking about how to make it five. You write to make work easier for the next person. Your SOPs, models, and notes are clear enough that someone else can pick them up cold. You’re excited by AI and eager to find ways it can make you (and the team) faster and sharper.
