As a Call Center Representative, you'll provide exceptional service to members by addressing their needs through various communication channels, educating them about financial products, and resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional service by phone, chat, and digital channels
  • Listening carefully to understand members' needs and identify opportunities to improve their financial situation
  • Educating members about products, services, and financial solutions that may help them achieve their goals
  • Assisting with Online Banking, Mobile Banking, account inquiries, and troubleshooting
  • Solving problems and resolving member concerns with empathy, professionalism, and critical thinking
  • Collaborating with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure a seamless member experience
  • Meeting service and member education goals while contributing to overall team success
