Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)
Enova International is a leading financial technology company that provides online financial services through their AI and machine learning-powered platform. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for qualifying leads, making outbound calls, and engaging with prospective clients to assist in moving them through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers primarily by phone or responding to inquiries
- Move leads through the sales funnel and connect them to the appropriate salesperson
- Perform regular follow up calls or emails to potential clients
- Attend frequent trainings to learn proven sales strategies and concepts to increase sales
- Effectively meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and key expectations
Skills
- 1 year of experience in a sales-driven, telesales or customer service environment
- Experience making outbound calls to potential clients or customers
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team but also work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and overcome objections
