The Role We are looking for a relentless, self-motivated B2B Sales Specialist to serve as the primary engine for our business development. This is a pure "hunter" role designed for someone who thrives on opening doors, navigating gatekeepers, and closing deals. Because we are a collaborative team, closing support is available for complex technical products—your primary superpowers should be prospecting, setting meetings, and driving the sales cycle forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to get in front of decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research high-potential B2B prospects in lucrative niches (e.g., Home Services, Legal, Health & Wellness).
- Deal Closing: Present our value proposition, overcome objections, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, transparent record of your outreach and follow-ups.
What You Bring to the Table
- B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or telemarketing (experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, or tech solutions is a massive plus).
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't intimidated by cold outreach; you view a "no" as just a stepping stone to a "yes."
- Translation Skills: The ability to take technical marketing concepts (like SBO or SEO) and explain them to business owners in simple, revenue-focused terms.
- Independence: Comfortable working autonomously from anywhere in the US with a stable internet connection and your own setup (CRM, Google Workspace).
- Drive: High emotional intelligence, sharp negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude toward building relationships.
Compensation
We believe top performance deserves top-tier rewards. This position offers complete geographical flexibility and an aggressive, uncapped commission structure:
- High Commission: 30% to 40% commission on all closed deals.
