You will serve as a trusted resource, ensuring seamless planning and exceptional client care from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs
- Research and coordinate destination options, accommodations, and experiences
- Provide detailed information and recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process
