Position Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Remote Data Entry Specialist – Human Resources Data Management & Database Administration to join the arenaflex HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining a wide range of employee information across our internal HR systems. You will support data integrity initiatives, participate in cleanup and organization projects, and collaborate closely with HR team members to ensure that all employee records are accurate, secure, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain employee information in the arenaflex HR database, including personal details, employment records, compensation changes, benefits enrollment, and performance documentation.
- Perform regular data integrity checks to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies across employee records.
- Support data cleanup and organization projects, including migration of legacy records, standardization of data fields, and digitization of paper-based files.
- Assist HR team members with day-to-day data entry tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and status changes.
- Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
