As the Inventory Network Frameworks Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless data flow, and supporting the technology ecosystem that powers arenaflex’s fulfillment network. Key Responsibilities

  • Framework Management: Own the support, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Cross‑Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized IT and Application Development teams, collaborating closely with Business/Operations and the Innovation Office to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Vendor Coordination: Interface with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) vendors for data acquisition, troubleshooting, and integration of new hardware and software components.
  • System Integration: Work with intelligent devices such as Sortation Control Systems, RFID scanners, and automated conveyors to ensure accurate data capture and real‑time inventory visibility.
  • Data Recovery & Backup: Coordinate data backup and recovery processes, guaranteeing data integrity and rapid restoration in case of system failures.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the conduit between the distribution center, WMS vendor, and MIS team to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve system incidents.
  • Hardware Support: Provide ongoing support for all data‑handling equipment, including printers, terminals, and LAN (Local Area Network) infrastructure.
  • Software Deployment: Execute all future software releases, conduct impact analyses, and manage change‑control documentation.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of critical supplies (e.g., pallets, cartons, cases) and generate utilization reports for the MIS team.
  • Access Management: Maintain user access tables within the WMS, enforce security protocols, and ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes‑Oxley) requirements on a quarterly basis.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Cognos Report Studio) to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into WMS performance and operational metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise non‑exempt staff, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous improvement and professional growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on IT experience in a distribution or logistics environment, preferably within a health‑care or retail setting.
  • Proven expertise with Windows and Unix operating systems, SQL Server, and related database technologies.
  • Strong command of SQL, MS‑Access, MS‑Excel, and MS‑Word for data manipulation, reporting, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on‑site in a warehouse or distribution center environment (remote work is not an option for this role).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience.
  • Associate’s degree in an IT‑focused discipline (optional but advantageous).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with WMS platforms, RF devices, and peripheral equipment such as printers and terminals.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal audit processes, and data security best practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex system performance data and recommend optimization strategies.
