Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Research & Booking: Assist clients in researching destinations, events, accommodations, and transportation options, then execute bookings that align with their preferences and budget.
  • Lead Capture & CRM Maintenance: Accurately record lead details in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity for sales and marketing teams.
  • Compliance & Script Adherence: Follow all regulatory guidelines, including proper use of scripts, authentication protocols, PHI handling, and Do‑Not‑Call (DNC) regulations.
  • Personalized Outreach: Develop rapport quickly through empathetic communication, tailoring your approach to each client’s unique style and needs.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales agents or travel specialists.
