Position Overview

The Remote Nevada Customer Service Representative role is a pivotal part of arenaflex’s patient‑focused outreach team. You will engage directly with patients to discuss generic medication options, facilitate therapy changes, and provide education that leads to cost savings and better health outcomes. This position blends high‑volume phone support with thoughtful, individualized care, ensuring that each interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.

Working from the comfort of your own home, you will collaborate with the Specialty Projects Team, adhere to HIPAA and regulatory standards, and contribute to a high‑energy culture that prizes empathy, problem‑solving, and first‑call resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Outreach & Education: Initiate inbound and outbound calls to discuss the benefits of generic medications, answer patient questions, and provide clear, concise education on therapy options.
  • Generic Conversion & Therapy Change Support: Partner with the Specialty Projects Team to identify targeted medications, guide patients through the conversion process, and document outcomes.
  • Adherence Monitoring: Conduct proactive outreach to ensure patients remain adherent to prescribed therapies, addressing barriers such as cost, side effects, or confusion about dosing.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve patient concerns on the first call whenever possible, escalating complex issues to a pharmacist or appropriate specialist.
  • Insurance & Reimbursement Guidance: Provide patients with accurate information regarding insurance coverage, co‑pay assistance, and reimbursement requirements.
  • Data Accuracy & Documentation: Accurately capture patient interactions, medication details, and outcomes in arenaflex’s CRM system, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights and trends with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve scripts, processes, and patient satisfaction scores.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and certification programs to stay current on pharmacy best practices and regulatory updates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience handling phone‑based inquiries and resolving issues.
  • At least 6 months of high‑volume call center experience using Windows, Microsoft Office, or comparable applications.
  • Residency in the state of Nevada, with a reliable high‑speed internet connection and a secure, distraction‑free workspace.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education in health care, pharmacy, or related fields is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in a clear, compassionate manner.
